Goals

• To provide diagnosis for all workers in Manitoba who believe themselves to be suffering from an occupationally induced illness or accident.
• To provide information and expertise on occupational health and illness to workers and other interested medical practitioners in Manitoba.
• To provide medical expertise to be used for the purpose of assisting working people in obtaining fair compensation for injuries and sicknesses which they have incurred at their places of employment.
• To provide research in order to identify and remedy workplace health hazards in and surrounding all workplaces in the Province of Manitoba.
• To provide a centralized location for information about occupational health, by maintaining both a print library and computerized access to data banks on occupational health and illness.
• To perform all its services without purpose of gain for its members, and any profits or other accretions to the Centre shall be used in promoting the purposes of the Centre.
